Corporate Song

Italy has a particular relationship with singing: opera was born here, the Neapolitan song travelled the world, and a group of Italians at a table will start singing before dessert. We put that tradition to work for your company. In one session the group writes and records a song about who you are, guided by our musicians, in English or in the language you prefer.

What happens

First the words. To write them the team has to ask itself who it is, and that question, asked seriously, is the work on identity that most companies never make time for. Then the music, with a structure the musicians propose and the group makes its own. Then the recording, which asks everyone to keep time together: a company sings in tune only if it listens to itself. At the end the song is real, recorded, and it circulates in the company for months.

What the team keeps

A recording, first. And under it, the experience of having said out loud, together, what the company is; a shared story that becomes part of how you talk about yourselves; and the memory of three hundred colleagues singing the same line at the same time, which no slide can replace.

Three questions

Do people need to sing well?

No. The musicians carry the melody, the group carries the chorus, and the recording flatters everyone.

How many people?

From 15 to 300. Large groups are the most moving: we have recorded a Corporate Song with 300 voices.

Where?

Any room with a bit of space and no strict silence rule. We bring the instruments and the recording equipment.
