Team Building in Milan

Milan is where international companies hold their Italian conventions: the hotels are used to plenaries, the airports are close, and the historic centre starts a tram ride from almost any venue. It is also the city where a free afternoon in the agenda is most often wasted, because the group is in a business district with nothing planned. That afternoon is our job.

What we run in Milan

An Urban Game or Treasure Hunt in the centre, from the Duomo to Brera, with checkpoints built on what the city actually offers and a route that fits the ninety minutes or the three hours your agenda leaves. Pizza and Pasta Making in your hotel kitchen or in a cooking venue we select, with everyone eating what they made. Escape Box in the meeting room you already have, up to 300 people. Corporate Song, with the recording done on the spot. And for outdoor days, Monza Park, twenty minutes from the centre, where we run challenges in the open air.

How it works from abroad

You tell us dates, numbers and what the group should take home; we answer in English within 24 hours, with the formats that fit your venue and your time slot. On the day, the facilitators speak English and the materials are bilingual when the group is mixed. We coordinate with your agency, your DMC or your hotel, so you have one contact for the activity.

Two things to know

Milan traffic is real: for an activity in the centre we plan the walk or the transfer with you, and the route never depends on a taxi arriving on time. And a business hotel ballroom, with its rows of chairs, works perfectly for Escape Box and Corporate Song, less so for anything that needs people to run: tell us the room, and we will tell you what fits.
