Team Building in Rome
Three hours between the museum and the dinner, and a group that has seen enough monuments.
Rome is the incentive capital, and it has a specific problem: by the second day the group has walked ten kilometres, seen the Colosseum and the Vatican, and has three hours before dinner that nobody wants to spend on another guided tour. What works at that point is something to do together, in the city, with a purpose and a clock.
What we run in Rome
Rescue Team Rome: a mission to complete in the historic centre before time runs out, with decisions to take on incomplete information, built for this city. Treasure hunts and urban games from Piazza Navona to Trastevere, in English, with the route sized to the group's legs. Pizza and Pasta Making, which in Rome needs no introduction. Escape Box in your hotel, for the evening or for the rainy afternoon. And Corporate Song, recorded in a city that has been writing songs for two thousand years.
How it works from abroad
Dates, numbers, goal: within 24 hours you have a proposal in English. We work with your DMC or agency if you have one, and directly with you if you don't. Facilitators speak English, materials are bilingual when needed, and the timing is built backwards from your dinner reservation.

Two things to know
Rome in July and August is hot: for an urban game we start early or late, and we always have an indoor version ready in your hotel. And large groups are welcome: an urban game scales to 200, Escape Box and Pasta Making to 300, and for a plenary of hundreds see our large events page.
